		<description>Cool. I didn't have exact same criteria but I was able to use your code to help me. I use mygengo for translations and I don't need to filter out strings that were already translated, mygengo takes are of that but combining and breaking them apart is great!</description>

It would be great if you could add comments at the end of each line in the css files listing the country names, UTF-8 character compliant, of course. Thanks again!</description>
